We do not accept duvets, bedding, pillows, heavy curtains, towels, personalised items, carpets/rugs, books, glass, metal, bric a brac, CDs/DVDs, or underwear, homemade clothes, school or work uniforms, traditional clothing or any items contaminated with animal hair.

We check clothes when collected, ensuring items adhere to the above requirements.

ALL SHOES WILL BE CHECKED. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT WORN OUT AND IN GOOD USED CONDITION.
